The LG - 22 collection was born from the meeting between Situèr and Lorenzo Guzzini.

Lorenzo Guzzini is an architect and founder of the “lorenzoguzziniarchitecture” studio-atelier in Milan. Protagonist of the national and international scene since 2013, thanks to his research on the mixing of work between architecture and sculpture, Lorenzo Guzzini has received a series of prizes and awards including, in 2017, that of “Jeune Creation Europeenne” for the European Biennale. Metal and new materials come together with LG-22: designer wooden tables, seats and accessories in brass LG-01 is the table with a skilful game of hidden joints, where the raw steel legs are shown in their entirety and dominate the laminated Bau Buche wood top, while LG-02 combines polished brass with fiber fabric padding. obtained from recycled plastic bottles, for an eclectic and versatile pouf with minimal shapes. The LG-3 lamp, which becomes an object of conceptual art when not in operation, is designed for dual use: on the wall or on the ground. The clean cut in the brass tube releases a warm and accent light, which elevates the lighting concept to an artistic manifestation. The lightness of a glass top that floats in the air, brought back to the ground by raw steel strips that touch the glass guiding it, but without ever touching it, are the elements of the LG-04 console proposed in three different heights to adapt to multiple functions of use. Geometric and minimal lines that are balanced with the intrinsic opulence of polished brass are the characteristics of the LG-05 mirror, a reflection in shades of gold, framed by a brass tube folded with the iconic Situér Milano fold. And finally the LG-06 coat hanger, an object investigated at length by the brand, here proposed by Lorenzo Guzzini with a large material element in raw steel which is left with the task of stabilizing an elegant folded steel frame. Each element presented expresses the will to create simple and meaningful objects. Metal, always seamless thanks to Situèr folding, remains the main actor and for the first time, it is combined with natural materials such as glass and wood or with technological and eco-sustainable fabrics. LG-22 is a versatile, contemporary collection, aimed at a formal and material research played on skilled technical details, in which the dichotomy between the combination of metal with other eco-sustainable materials translates into design objects in which only the content remains. , in its simple and disruptive authenticity.
