From the chaos of industrial materials, we create balanced and minimalist furnishings, waiting to be "situated"
The "simple" idea of bending metal instead of welding it gave life to the situér milano
project. The brand, born less than three years ago, already has deep roots in the world of
metalworking, inherited from Castellani, which produces industrial shelving and metal furniture
in Tuscany. It is precisely here, after various experiments, that the characteristic curvature
was born, now patented, for which it is known. The brand initially focused on shelving,
reinterpreting the classic industrial, minimal, and modular product to present it as versatile
design furniture with new colorful finishes. It then took it to the next level by introducing
various accessories such as coat racks, drawers, and sliding doors. It continued with products
made of curved steel and brass tubing, giving birth to the iconic coat rack but also tables,
stools, and other furnishings, all characterized by minimal aesthetics, industrial appeal, and
multiple different applications.

situér milano stems from the intent to provide a line of minimal and refined furnishings, always
starting from the industrial raw material, characteristic of the group's know-how, but
skillfully reinterpreted. The search for a perfect balance between aesthetics and function,
the complete absence of unnecessary decoration in favor of technicalities that translate
into seemingly minimal furnishings but reveal complexity only to an expert eye, modularity
and composability as cornerstone principles, the continuous reference to the Bauhaus school
and the great women of design like Eileen Gray and Charlotte Perriand, not forgetting the
great masters of the 20th century, always pursuing the "less is more" philosophy. Our goal
is to propose functional steel furnishings that make their
way into the world of design by embracing the past for craftsmanship but looking to the
future with the continuous research and development we do in terms of production and
processing.
