Biagio Castellani
Third generation of the family who run the homonymous company.
He has developed the design division with commitment:
situér milano and he is the Founder and General Manager. With a
training in Economics and Finance and various Masters in Management
and Export, He is the organizational and managerial part as well as
the “rational" aspect of the team.
Federica Paoli
Since she joined the company she immediately understood the potential
of this specialized production focused on metal and she started
immediately to enhance it and make it known collaborating with creation
of the design division: situér milano and she is the Co-Founder
and Creative Director.
With training in Architecture and Master in Brand Management and
Fashion, she is the planning and coordination part as well as
the "creative" aspect of the team.
